Propose product and service enhancements to strengthen business value.
Define and document business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Act as the interface between stakeholders and project management, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.
Define the business scope, target operating model, and establish efficient interfaces between Business and IT.
Language Skills
Dutch: Good spoken communication skills.

English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Profile & Background
Education: Master's Degree in Business Management or equivalent through relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a relevant Business Analyst role, ideally within the banking sector.
Technical Knowledge:
Mandatory: Proven expertise in business analysis and banking transactions.
Preferable: Familiarity with the technical aspects of banking transactions.
Strong ability to translate complex business topics into actionable IT requirements.
