Your RoleAs a technician in the Workshop Sales team, you’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for inspecting, repairing, and preparing machines for sale. You ensure that our customers receive fully functional and well-maintained machines.What will you be doing?You will prepare new and second-hand machines for sale.For new machines, you will customize them according to customer specifications: install accessories, adjust parameters, mount track units, etc.For second-hand machines, you will bring them technically up to standard and make them aesthetically pleasing again.You will inspect for wear, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repairs.You will repair hydraulic leaks, remove unnecessary accessories, and install electrical units.You will apply stickers to machines and check safety functions.You will gain broad knowledge of different types of machines – both on the job and at our training center.Who Are You?You have a technical diploma (e.g., TSO in Automotive Technology or Electromechanics) or equivalent experience.You are familiar with test and diagnostic equipment and can read technical schematics.You have knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, sensors, and electrical components – or are willing to learn.You speak fluent Dutch and/or French.A forklift or aerial work platform license is a plus.What We OfferA permanent contract.Flexible working hours between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM.15 paid ADV days in addition to your regular vacation days.Meal vouchers worth €8 per working day.Hospitalization and group insurance.Mileage reimbursement and bicycle lease option.Tailored training opportunities for your growth.A CAO 90 bonus as an extra perk.And above all: a team you can rely on, and where you will make a real impact.
