He/She will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.Key Responsibilities
Establish a good relationship with your clients based on trust;
Client meetings and conference calls, act as an advisor;
Act as a team player and contribute to the growth of our team with your ideas;
Be responsible for a client portfolio assisted by our seniors in more complex scenarios;
Affiliation of international clients, daily communication with international clients
Processing payroll based on input received
Providing required output documents
Assistance with local legislation
Processing joiners and leavers;
Responsible for the Dimona declaration of joiners
Calculation of settlements for leavers
Responsible for declarations (DMFA, Belcotax) towards governmental bodies;
Participate in our training plan and work on your own development by identifying growth opportunities (you are in the driver's seat of your career);
Assist with projects to build on the HRP department's daily operations;
Act as a team player;
Drive and implement best practices.
