- Bachelor's degree or several years of relevant experience.
- Experience in international payroll is a plus.
- An excellent knowledge of German and English, Dutch is an asset.
- A strong interest in payroll and socio-legal matters and want to work in an international B2B environment.
- Communication skills, stress resistant, customer oriented and eager to learn.
- Commercial sense.
- An analytical mind and handy with software applications.
- Works accurately and has practical-organizational skills.
- Contributes to our team spirit with a healthy dose of humor and flair.
- Preparing, controlling and following up the international payroll with mainly foreign contacts.
- Performing and following up on the client's administrative tasks.
- Advising the client on administrative, payroll and legal questions, with the necessary support from our experts.
- Building a solid relationship with your client as his confidant.
- Optimizing processes and tools we work with.
- After an introductory period of several months, you will have the opportunity to work regularly from home and/or from a local office.
