Support internal coordination and ensure smooth office logistics

Strong administrative background, ideally in a professional services setting
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving
Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus, but not required
