our production method involves using clay slabs placed into plaster moulds, which shape each pot.Your workday highlights:
- You work in a bright, spacious workshop with colleagues who share a passion for craftsmanship.
- Each day, you start fresh, handling large amounts of clay (around 30 kilos) to begin shaping new pots.
- The work culture emphasizes dedication, teamwork, and passion for creating high-quality, unique products.
- Your day starts at 8 am and wraps up at 4:30 pm, leaving you with a sense of satisfaction from having created something that could eventually end up in places like Dubai or New York.
- No previous experience is required, as talent and motivation are valued over formal experience.
- You'll be working with your hands, building large ceramic pots manually, with each slab of clay weighing around 15 kg-think of it as free fitness while earning a salary.
- The working language is English, and you'll be part of a multicultural team. While strong verbal communication in English is required, reading and writing skills are not necessary.
- You're looking for a permanent job and are eager to learn. No prior experience is required, as you'll receive comprehensive training over 4-6 months, learning everything from A to Z.

- Daytime hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4.30 pm, giving you your evenings and weekends free.
