The must-haves include:4+ years of experience working with CRM or commerce solutions, ideally SAP C4C, SAP CRM, or e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce, or SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in B2B or B2C projects, driving successful implementations from start to finish.Proven skills with business modeling techniques such as BPMN, UML, or similar.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.A solid understanding of SAP CRM or E-commerce toolsLanguage skills: Native proficiency in Dutch and/or French, with a good working knowledge of English (minimum B2-C1 level) this is mandatory.Additional InformationAt SQLI we're happy to support you in any way we can.
