You will work closely with the finance team to ensure a flawless end-to-end accounting. Additionally, you will serve as the key user for the ERP system, managing all financial data and accounting reporting within the system.Some of your responsibilities include:Supporting and coaching the finance assistant in processing invoices and bank statementsPreparing payments and related approvalsFollowing up on AR invoicing, calculating and invoicing IC transactionsProcessing payroll statements and all accounting entries in preparation for monthly and quarterly closingsPreparing P&L & balance sheets according to BEGAAP & IFRSPrepare & submit VAT and Intrastat returnsConsolidating accounts at group levelPreparing and submitting corporate tax returns (including calculation installments)Acting as the point of contact during audits supporting the finance managerPreparing and submitting annual accountsAdditionally, you will develop and maintain the accounting reporting in the new ERP system (Netsuite).
