Inventory Coordinator

• You foster and actively maintain strong collaboration with both our suppliers and local factory to enhance the efficiency of the replenishment process.

• You proactively track the timely and complete availability of manufactured products in coordination with our local planning and production departments.

• You collaborate on both internal and external transport planning alongside our shipping department.

• You engage in collaborative efforts related to warehousing and loading activities with the warehouse department.

• You manage stock effectively, considering principles such as FIFO, aging, service level, and stock level.

• You administer the resolution of non-conformities, including returns to vendors and product destruction processes.

• You ensure compliance with all applicable legal regulations and international food safety standards, encompassing safety, working conditions, environment, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).

• You act as a backup for the material planner when necessary

• You hold a bachelor's degree

• You bring valuable experience

• You effortlessly communicate in English/Dutch or English/French

• Your proficiency in Excel is commendable

• Your focus on achieving results is a strong suit
