As a Park Associate, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, ensuring the safety and comfort of our visitors while contributing to a dynamic and joyful atmosphere.Your Role:As a Park Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our families and children. Your enthusiasm and attentiveness will be essential in providing a memorable experience for every visitor.Your responsibilities:👥 Reception & Customer Service
  • Welcome and guide customers upon arrival.
  • Answer questions and reassure visitors.
  • Be the first point of contact with families and children.
🔍 Supervision of Play Areas
  • Actively monitor the jump and activity areas.
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations.
  • Intervene firmly but kindly in the event of risky behavior.
🚑 Safety & First Aid
  • React in the event of an incident or accident, and administer first aid.
  • Immediately alert the Supervisor or Manager if necessary.
  • Participate in safety drills and briefings.
🧹 Maintenance & Hygiene
  • Ensure the cleanliness of play areas and common spaces.
  • Report technical anomalies or material needs.
  • Participate in the daily maintenance of the park.
🎉 Entertainment & Atmosphere
  • Contribute to the overall atmosphere of the park.
  • Support special events (birthdays, parties, groups, etc.).
  • Promote a positive attitude and team spirit.
Your Profile:
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to apply them.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Problem-solving and stress management skills.
  • Good physical condition and ability to remain active.
