This organization is at a pivotal point in its evolution, following a recent acquisition and a broader group-wide transformation.As IT & Digital Director, you will play a central role in aligning local IT strategy with the global vision, fostering strong stakeholder collaboration across countries, and driving excellence in technology, compliance and cybersecurity.Your mission
Ensure IT becomes an enabler for business transformation and innovation
Manage a hybrid cloud/on-premise infrastructure and a diverse application landscape (including in-house developed front-end tools)
Lead a skilled local IT team and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
Oversee IT budgets, vendor contracts and compliance within a regulated, risk-sensitive environment
Revisit offshore partnerships and optimize delivery models for long-term efficiency
Represent local IT in international governance bodies and drive alignment with group strategy
