You are responsible for one line where meat (such as ham, chicken breast, etc.) is automatically cut and packed
You take large pieces of charcuterie out of the fridge and place them manually on the machine
You remove the packaging (plastic) from the meat
You ensure that there is always enough meat on the machine so that it can continue working
You keep a close eye on the machine and the line to ensure everything runs smoothly
You set the machine correctly, depending on the type of meat being cut
You work together with two colleagues on the same line. You help them where needed
