In this role, you will support our client, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to creating value for people living with severe diseases. With a strong focus on innovation and science, our client has a major presence in Europe and fosters a collaborative, open, and family-like culture.What you will do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of corporate and support functions across Europe.
Act as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance and market insights.
Collaborate closely with sourcing teams and shared service centers to identify and engage top talent.
Drive continuous improvement by leading or participating in projects related to the recruitment process, such as offer management and onboarding.
Ensure excellent stakeholder management through proactive and clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Who we are looking for:
A seasoned recruiter with at least 8 years of experience, ideally in a corporate or RPO environment.
Proven expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to influence and guide senior leaders.
A proactive, solution-oriented individual who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic setting.
Excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.
Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as finance, audit, or strategy is highly desirable.
An open-minded team player who learns quickly and adapts easily to new processes and environments.
