Providing technical support and troubleshooting
Introducing new tooling and equipment
Managing preventive maintenance, calibration, and load control
Overseeing repairs and upgrades to ensure tooling availability
Leading projects related to workshop equipment and tooling
At the Production Support Office, we are looking to expand this team. With the global LEAP engine MRO ramp-up, it's an exciting time to join us. The tool park is rapidly evolving, offering many technical challenges - and we need your support.Your role:
Analyze and process technical tooling data from manufacturers at equipment delivery
Manage technical documentation and ensure timely availability of equipment for production
Support production to ensure proper equipment setup
Coordinate calibration activities at our LSO facility
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth calibration processing and equipment availability
Update key performance indicators
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Help enhance working methods and introduce new technologies, sharing insights (RETEX)
Provide theoretical and hands-on technical support to the workshop, helping avoid delays and ensuring the right tooling reaches the shop floor

Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or Aeronautics
You speak French, Dutch, or English, with a very good understanding of technical English
You have solid knowledge of electromechanics, mechanics, and repair technologies
You are familiar with engines and engine components
You are analytical, structured, and able to anticipate needs or issues
You enjoy working in a team, in a multilingual environment, and are willing to support your colleagues
