We specialize in the inspection, maintenance, and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines, which power the latest Airbus A320NEO and Boeing B737MAX aircraft. As a key player in the integrated CFM International MRO network, our company brings over 75 years of experience and holds up to 20 international Part 145 certifications (EASA/FAA/CAAC, etc.).Recognized as a global center of expertise, we serve more than 100 airlines, lessors, private operators, and MRO partners. With over 400 passionate and highly skilled employees, we ensure the highest standards of engine service.Ever wondered how an aircraft engine is assembled and disassembled? A wide range of specialized workshop equipment - from mechanical tools to complex torque systems - is required to do the job. Our large, advanced tool park is managed by a team of dedicated professionals.This team ensures continuous workshop operations through the following key tasks:
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting
  • Introducing new tooling and equipment
  • Managing preventive maintenance, calibration, and load control
  • Overseeing repairs and upgrades to ensure tooling availability
  • Leading projects related to workshop equipment and tooling
At the Production Support Office, we are looking to expand this team.
With the global LEAP engine MRO ramp-up, it's an exciting time to join us. The tool park is rapidly evolving, offering many technical challenges - and we need your support.Your role:
  • Analyze and process technical tooling data from manufacturers at equipment delivery
  • Manage technical documentation and ensure timely availability of equipment for production
  • Support production to ensure proper equipment setup
  • Coordinate calibration activities at our LSO facility
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth calibration processing and equipment availability
  • Update key performance indicators
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help enhance working methods and introduce new technologies, sharing insights (RETEX)
  • Provide theoretical and hands-on technical support to the workshop, helping avoid delays and ensuring the right tooling reaches the shop floor

  • Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or Aeronautics
  • You speak French, Dutch, or English, with a very good understanding of technical English
  • You have solid knowledge of electromechanics, mechanics, and repair technologies
  • You are familiar with engines and engine components
  • You are analytical, structured, and able to anticipate needs or issues
  • You enjoy working in a team, in a multilingual environment, and are willing to support your colleagues
