Our client, a global leader in sustainability and innovation, is offering an exciting freelance / contract opportunity for a QHSE Advisor role. You will work on a high-risk production site where you will be challenged and at the same time use your expertise. The role is based on-site in Antwerp, allowing for dedicated engagement in operational excellence and safety improvement initiatives.Benefits:

Role Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement in QHSE management, aligning with the company’s mission to foster a safety-first culture.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve behavioral and cultural change across the organization, enhancing safety practices.
Engage in operational excellence by advancing QHSE management maturity and supporting safety improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering,…
Certification as Safety Advisor Level 2, with Level 3 acceptable with strong motivation, offers room to excel.
At least 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment within high-risk industries.
Fluent level of Dutch and English.
