You’ll help translate strategy into action by:
- Collaborating with partners to capture and refine business and technical requirements.
- Crafting clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Supporting agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Analyzing data to advise product decisions and track success metrics.
- Participating in testing and validation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Monitoring platform performance and seeing opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Maintaining documentation and knowledge bases to support user enablement and product lifecycle.
- Partnering with IT, legal operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years demonstrated ability in product or business analysis within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- A passion for continuous improvement and user-centered design.
- Experience in Legal Operations, Legal Service Delivery, or Work Management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or HRSD.
- Understanding of compliance, security, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
