We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher/Designer to join a dynamic digital transformation initiative. You will play a central role in enhancing the user experience across key web platforms, driving user-centered design practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and intuitive digital solutions.Your MissionAs a UX Researcher/Designer, you will:
Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to shape product direction
Analyze user behavior and site performance using tools like Matomo and heatmaps
Create user personas, experience maps, and customer journeys based on data insights
Design wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and sitemaps aligned with user needs
Define and validate interaction models based on measurable KPIs
Work closely with UI Designers to ensure consistency across platforms using Figma and existing design systems
Contribute to broader UX community practices through feedback and knowledge-sharing sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in design thinking within agile environments
Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
3+ years of experience in interaction design and information architecture
Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in German, Dutch, or French is a plus
Proficiency with Figma, Miro, PowerPoint, Matomo, and heatmap tools
Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes and flows in Figma
Demonstrated experience facilitating large stakeholder workshops
Experience using design systems and tools like Condens is a strong plus
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Sitecore XM Cloud is a bonus
