
Strategic Sales Developer Advanced Wound Care

- Develop and maintain outstanding contacts with KOL's in wound care.
- Establish yourself as the networker for several stakeholders, both internally as externally.
- Use the marketing materials to ensure medical reasoning for the stakeholders.
- Generate high-value insights and trends, about the market, customers and competition.
- Create the roadmap and business plan for AWC together with the business develop manager wound, based on the strategy.
- Map the patient journey and product/ money flow in a specific region.
- Create deep understanding of patient and customer journey and ensure SOP's and products are in line with the patient/customer journeys.
- Prepare and execute commercial offers for commercial stakeholders. Create opportunities!
- Contribute to targets and further development of strategic initiatives.
- Develop, execute and follow up on the individual stakeholders engagement plans.
- Participate in wound care conferences, symposia and other events with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement the local pricing and reimbursement strategy and guidelines in cooperation with Sales & Marketing.
- Train nurses or HCP's to ensure optimal product knowledge and usage.
- Ensure the effective preparation, execution, and follow-up of local and global launches.
- Answer questions from customers or employees regarding products or marketing activities.
- Report on a weekly basis to your business develop manager wound, on the progress and results of the various planned activities, projects, sales results, market situation, etc.
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in business or marketing, or you are a nurse with outstanding commercial skills.
- At least 5 years sales experience in the medical device industry in Belgium.
- A detailed market knowledge of the medical device business.
- Experience in wound care is considered as an important asset.
- Knowledge of the money/product flow within the medical device industry in Belgium, broken down to the single needs of the respective stakeholders.
- Being familiar with the Rx frameworks and decision-making processes on different stakeholder levels.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills, combined with an analytical mindset.
- You are an entrepreneurial and skilled communicator, with a strong power of persuasion.
- Your language skills in Dutch, French and English are excellent, written and spoken.
- In this position, you get a lot of freedom so working independently is a must.
- Strongly driven by results, customer-oriented and acting as a sales professional.
- A proactive mindset and the capability to maintain the overview in complex situations
