Flagship product lines such as Sky Air and VRV play a central role in our success.As a Product Management Officer, you will join our international Product Management team in Brussels and contribute to achieving ambitious targets across the EMEA region.Your RoleIn this multi-faceted position, you'll act as the bridge between Product Management, R&D, Sales, Supply, Service, and Marketing. Your focus will be to shape and execute strategies for commercial air-to-air heat pump products and air conditioning systems.Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the mid- and long-term strategy for the commercial heat pump and air conditioning portfolio.
  • Gather and analyze market needs; prepare new product concepts, business cases, and specifications for key markets (Spain, France, Italy, UK, and others).
  • Provide input and analysis for commercial air conditioning product groups, including contribution calculations to support business cases.
  • Initiate, guide, and follow up on the design & development process with our global R&D teams.
  • Lead product launches and ensure successful market introductions in collaboration with local sales companies.
  • Support Product Management and Sales teams in delivering growth, profitability, and competitive positioning across the EMEA region.
Your Profile
  • Master's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, commercial) or Economics, with a strong technical affinity.
  • 3-5 years' experience in product management, ideally within HVAC, air conditioning, or heat pump industries.
  • Independent, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate across international teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
