Their over 185-year legacy and portfolio represent thousands of customers worldwide.The Job:We are looking for Senior DevOps Engineer to work within our clients team, the DevOps Engineer will be collaborating closely with product teams, Cloud Operations, Security, Compliance, and other key stakeholders, to ensure the applications built in a resilient, secure, and scalable manner.The enhancements you deliver will have significant influence and impact to help bring new products to market as well as transform legacy applications into microservices and containerized applications.Responsibilities:
  • Develop, Enhance, reverse engineer, and debug new/existing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for new and legacy services, deployment artifacts to automate infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Implement full stack monitoring to ensure infra, cloud platform, OS, apps telemetry.
  • Work to continually improve time to market of products and releases by proposing innovative solutions to automate.
  • Provide input into architecture and engineering standards.
  • Create automation to ensure consistency in deployment, maintenance, and operation of our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and determine root cause of complex cross product issues and identify action items to drive increased reliability.
  • Relentlessly document your implementation, patterns, practices, and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent field or relevant work experience
  • 3 years of experience in AppOps and/or DevOps roles
  • Expertise in a SCM/CI/CD tool like GitHub, Azure DevOps
  • Experience in writing IaC templates, Terraform, Bicep
  • Experienced in Azure infrastructure and architecture.
  • Experience in creating build and release pipelines for software, infrastructure cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across network, application, hardware, and service layers
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in quality improvement and performance optimization.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with an SDLC like Scrum, SaFE, etc.
  • Experience participating in product release cycle, including code reviews and defect triage.
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with observability solutions such as Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
  • Azure AZ-400 certification would be preferred.
