Being passionate about generating new opportunities in the market space, travelling / visiting our customers and providing value to their business
Understanding customers and bringing back input for the team to support developing a project based approach with our consultants
Aligning priorities and focus areas with the sales leadership and establishing a prioritized strategic plan
Providing technical support to customers (internal and external) as the need arises and connect customers to experts as needed
Assisting in the analysis of business trends, such as bookings, sales and backlog data, service levels, run rates etc.

College degree or equivalent experience in engineering (Mechanical background preferred)
Proven sales / business development experience in a commercial role
Curiosity about technology and innovations, comfortable to work in a technical environment
Proficiency in English and Dutch / Flemish language
Availability to travel in Belgium / The Netherlands (and occasionally in Europe) up to 50% of time
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
French language skills
Experience within Automation / Process / Instrumentation / Rotating Equipment Industry
