Graco is part of your daily life.Your Role as an Accounts Payable SupervisorAre you an experienced Accounts Payable professional ready for a leadership role?We are looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Supervisor to inspire and coach our AP team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable, enforcing compliance, and optimizing processes within an international environment.What You Will Do at GracoLeadership & Coaching:
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing AP team.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Ensure Accuracy & Timeliness
  • Oversee the processing of AP documents and payments in line with corporate policies.
  • Execute AP pre-close and close processes, including general ledger reconciliations.
Compliance Monitoring:
  • Oversee and enforce adherence to company expenditure policies.
International VAT Transactions:
  • Collaborate with external VAT partners and stay updated on international VAT regulations.
  • Train the team on VAT-related topics and support compliance projects.
Process Optimization:
  • Lead the enhancement and expanded adoption of ERP applications, including upgrades and new implementations. Contribute to the deployment of an automated AP processing system.
  • Analyze and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures.
What You Will Bring to GracoBachelor's or master's degree in Finance & Accounting.
3-5 years of AP experience in an international environment.
Previous supervisory experience in AP.
Experience with automated AP systems (Oracle Accounts Payable is a plus).
Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
