This approach, plus the technical expertise and years of experience, ensure that we, also for civil works, belong to the absolute top.What you'll doAs Tender Engineer within our Civil Department your main duties and responsibilities are:
  • Drawing up one or more (complex) tender file(s).
  • Analyzing and assessing the various risks and opportunities of a project in order to determine the most efficient execution method.
  • Requesting and analyzing price offers from suppliers and subcontractors in order to be able to deliver an estimate and price structure based on the selected production method and equipment.
What do you need?You have a degree in Construction Engineering or Bachelor of Architecture. Both young graduates and people with experience are eligible. You have a very good knowledge of Dutch.As a Tender Engineer you work accurately and systematically, but creativity and drive are also very important.
