Now that’s making a difference.To further expand our footprint in the Health Industry, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Consultant specialized in cell and gene therapies to join our team.Your impactAs a Senior Consultant, you will support our clients as part of a PwC project team and/or single project assignments. Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Manage R&D projects at Pharma or Biotech clients, including strategic assessment, developing recommendations and implementation of new operating models
  • Act as a PM/PMO for R&D department in the Health Industry (e.g. timeline, budget, risks)
  • Helping clients to solve cell and gene therapy challenges including optimization of supply chain, decentralized clinical trials, or go-to-market strategy for the launch of advanced therapies.
  • Actively contribute to the development of PwC center of excellence on advanced therapies and precision medicine
  • Actively contribute to business development including service offering, scanning of the market and account planning.
  • Actively contribute to market development including writing thought leadership, point-of-view papers and/or blog posts.
About you
  • Master’s degree in biomedical sciences, economics, (bio-)engineering, business administration, sciences or comparable by experience
  • Passionate about precision medicines and more specifically about advanced therapies
  • Minimum two to five years of experience in the Life Science industry or in consultancy with focus on cell and gene therapies.
  • Knowhow and interest in advanced therapies challenges and market trends within the Life Science & Healthcare industry (key players, technological landscape, market dynamics, etc.).
  • Ability to combine specialist technical knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with consulting skills (project management, presentation and communication skills, etc.) while working directly with management and employees on the clients’ premises
  • Fluent in English, and Dutch or French
  • Flexibility to work in different environments and locations (travel abroad up to three days per week) and easily acquire new skills and expertise
  • Autonomous and proactive attitude with an entrepreneurship mindset
