Partnering closely with Strategic Marketing, you'll shape the Customer Software roadmap, guide agile squads through impactful execution, and ensure products consistently meet evolving standards, protocols, and customer expectations. As an integral member of the Customer Software Leadership Team, you will contribute to defining the vision and champion continuous improvement initiatives, from advancing CI/CD methodologies and shift-left practices, to enhancing product monitoring and lifecycle management.Collaborating across diverse teams—including Systems, Embedded Software, IT, Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality—you'll expertly manage cross-functional dependencies, define roles and responsibilities, and ensure ongoing compliance. Your leadership will empower Product Owners and Delivery Managers, fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and proactive risk management even amidst ambiguity. Additionally, your strategic oversight will encompass squad testing protocols, CAPA processes, and maintaining the safety, effectiveness, and reliability of our field-deployed products.Acting as the primary on-site leader and liaison between the Customer Software Leadership Team and local R&D operations, you'll champion the professional development, wellbeing, and engagement of your teams. You’ll drive global process standardization, foster transparent communication, and cultivate an environment committed to excellence and continuous learning.Responsibilities include:Craft customer-centric platform strategy and technical vision, aligning delivery to organisational goals and regulatory requirementsInspire and mobilise teams by communicating a clear platform vision; coach Product Owners and Delivery Managers to elevate skills and autonomyCollaborate cross-functionally to influence stakeholders, manage interdependencies, and streamline interfacesDrive delivery excellence with high predictability, quality, and flow across multiple agile squadsIdentify and mitigate risks early; own and track cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth executionChampion a continuous-improvement mindset, leveraging customer feedback loops to iterate and enhance productsNavigate ambiguity with decisive leadership, providing clear priorities and context in a dynamic environmentFoster a “One Team” culture, breaking down silos and building constructive, global relationships across R&D and supporting functionsAbout You.
