Engibex focuses on solving technical problems for customers and partners through project or outsourcing engineering activities.To strengthen our internal team in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager. This is an entrepreneurial role, where you will have the unique opportunity to build your own business unit within an existing structure.Job Description :As an entrepreneur at heart and with a professional sense of taking responsibility:
  • Manage a Business Development Strategy;
  • Acquire and develop a solid customer portfolio;
  • Organising & coordinating commercial relationships with your partners;
  • Acquire the necessary resources to help achieve our clients' objectives;
  • Being in charge of your own team of consultants;
  • Oversee the financial status of your activity. Required qualifications :
  • You have a Master's degree in Engineering, Commercial Sciences or General Management;
  • You have 0 to 4 years of work experience;
  • You have Dutch or French as your mother tongue, and are fluent in English;
  • A good knowledge of another national language is a plus;
  • You have an affinity and passion for technology;
  • You can listen and communicate well, are persuasive and proactive;
  • You are autonomous, you can set your own priorities but you are also a team player with an eye for business interests;
  • You are a hands-on person with a clear problem-solving attitude;
  • You are comfortable with initiative and motivation to achieve planned and ambitious goals.
