• You drive business decisions by analyzing monthly variances with actionable insights across markets and products.
• You effective communication to senior management of the global financial results (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and specific key performance indicators.
• You partner and challenge internal stakeholder, both in HQ and at local level, to improve the financial performance.
• You perform tailor made analysis of financial and non-financial data in order to create new insights to guide the business or to support specific investment decisions.

• You inspire and share best practices to the different local management teams on how to improve their financial outlook.
• You develop the planning control framework and proactively identify ways to make the process more efficient.
• You coordinate of the different planning cycles in the year; monthly Rolling Forecast, annual Budget and the Long Range Plan.
• You play a key role in continuous improvement towards 'driver based' planning with the aid of automation, planning software, AI technologies, etc.

• You develop a sound control environment to improve the accuracy and completeness of data with the financial systems and BI environment.
• You collaborate with group consolidation department to define and maintain group reporting guidelines, processes and internal controls.

• You have a master in Finance or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial controlling role, preferably on a regional/group level.
• You are analytical, enjoy an international environment and have a drive for results.
• You are a tech savvy profile with strong affinity with reporting tools (Qlikview, Microsoft Power BI) and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• You have strong communication skills and are able to simplify complex topics. You can see the big picture and deal with ambiguity.
• You can interact with a variety of stakeholders, from different departments, level in the hierarchy, geographical zones and background;
• You are a team player with hands-on attitude.
• Fluent in English. Good knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset.
