What your role will be?Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Supply Chain CoE Leader, you will have the opportunity to:· Govern and coordinate commercial logistics processes and improvements across regions.· Standardize reporting (OTIF, STP, cost per shipment, cost to serve, etc.) and data flows.· Monitor inbound, outbound, and transport planning performance from a commercial perspective.· Drive digital transformation: prepare BRDs, align with digital leads, validate, and roll out solutions.· Develop training materials, lead capability building, and manage change adoption.· Collaborate on digital tools for logistics tracking, TMS governance, and visibility (e.g., EDI).· Align logistics execution with commercial constraints and service priorities.· Support global logistics budget, network modelling, capacity, and resource planning.· Own SOPs, WIs, and training documentation for Commercial Logistics.· Conduct audits to ensure adherence to standards and identify improvements.· Oversee inbound logistics, customs clearance, warehouse operations, outbound processes, and transport.· Manage performance and continuous improvement through KPIs, audits, and cost-to-serve analysis.What will you bring to Ansell?· Previous solid experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.· Expertise in commercial logistics, governance, digital improvements, and system tools (TMS, WMS).· Proven track record in audits, cost-to-serve analysis, and improvement initiatives.· Experience leading cross-functional projects; Agile/Program Management preferred.· Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.· Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.· Customer-focused mindset with strong knowledge of logistics operations and KPIs.· Deep supply chain process and data analytics expertise.· Strong influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.· Innovative, analytical, and problem-solving thinker.· Adaptable to start-up environments, staying informed on trends and innovations.· Strong alignment with Ansell Values:Whatever you do, take PRIDE:o Passiono Reliableo Integrityo Delivero Empowerment· This role requires occasional travel (approx. 15%)Join us to lead the world to a safer future, apply today!Please submit your resume in English.EEO StatementAnsell is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee based on race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, marital status, parental status or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.
