Design and implement data models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
Prepare data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data science and analytics.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous data validation processes.
Support the development and deployment of data-driven solutions across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis.
Experience with machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
