You will be working in a dynamic and innovative company, voted Best Workplace in Belgium since 2015!ResponsibilitiesAs part of your internship, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience across a broad range of IT infrastructure domains. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the maintenance and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server environments
  • Helping to manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware
  • Supporting network setup and troubleshooting, including switches, IP routing, and VLANs
  • Contributing to the documentation of IT systems and internal processes
  • Participating in server hardware installation, configuration, and OS deployment
  • Providing support for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments
You'll get exposure to a modern IT stack that includes:
  • Microsoft Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Veeam Backup solutions for data protection
  • Virtualization platforms: VMware and Hyper-V
  • Networking hardware: switches, IP routing, VLANs, and more
  • Server hardware: racking, configuration, and deployment
This internship is a great opportunity to sharpen your technical skills, collaborate with experienced engineers, and build real-world knowledge in enterprise IT infrastructure.ProfileMust-have:
  • You're in your final year of your bachelor or master in IT, applied computer science, or a related field
  • C2-level in Dutch and fluent in English
  • Strong interest in project delivery: server hardware & OS setup, system maintenance & documentation
  • Positivity & independence to grasp challenges
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a technical environment
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, or networks
  • Team player mentality
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with VMware or other virtualization tools (even in labs)
  • Basic knowledge of backup methods
  • Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
