Start each project with a kick-off meeting in which you communicate the objectives, project structure, timeline, and approach to all stakeholders involved.
Make decisions based on your planning and budget to ensure the project stays within scope.
Develop detailed project plans that serve as a guideline for the implementation of the project.
Organize, lead and coordinate the various project activities to ensure everything goes according to plan.
Take ownership of the technical development of each project.
Monitor task execution and ensure timelines are respected.
Prepare the assemblies and make adjustments where necessary.
Monitor the budget and ensure accurate invoicing of project costs.
Report regularly on project progress, track deadlines and adjust where necessary.
Ensure successful completion of the project.
Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the entire project.
Maintain transparent and proactive communication on project status.
Are you the ideal match?
You hold a master's degree in industrial or civil engineering.
You have at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects that combine technical and project management responsibilities.
Structured, organizational and systematic are your strengths, allowing you to always set the right priorities, zoom out and meet deadlines.
You take initiative and ownership.
You see complex projects as a challenge in which you want to sink your teeth to bring it to a successful conclusion.
You are a strong communicator who can adapt his communication style to his conversation partner.
Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of German and/or French? Nice plus!
You are willing to travel abroad occasionally.
