You'll carry out preventive maintenance, resolve technical issues, and help maintain high-quality standards. An important part of your role involves coaching and supporting fellow team members on the production floor.️ Your Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and adjust machines and installationsPerform quality checks and minor technical interventionsAnalyze and resolve mechanical and operational issuesCoach and guide (new) colleagues during daily operationsActively contribute to process improvementsYour Profile:Proven technical experience in a production environmentStrong communication skills with natural leadership abilitiesFluent in Dutch or EnglishWilling to work in a 2-shift systemProactive and responsible mindset Activiteitengegevens registreren (aantal stukken, ...). De producten of het afval naar de opslag-, verzendings-of recyclagezones, ... vervoeren. De werkpost voorzien van materiaal en producten of de bevoorrading controleren. De werkzone reinigen en opruimen (materieel, hulpstukken, ...). Producten volgens kenmerken, bestellingen en wijze van transport verpakken. Stukken monteren, assembleren en bevestigen Controleren of de assemblage correct is gebeurd (gebruik, uitzicht). Toezicht houden op de doorstroom en de voortgang van producten op een productie- of transportlijn Indien nodig elementen deblokkeren en verwijderen.
