- Generating revenue by managing all aspects of the investment cycle. From deal sourcing, screening, preliminary evaluation to negotiation and legal documentation and deal execution for investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Build leads through networking with clients and potential investors.
- Real estate investment analysis and evaluation
- Prepping business pitches
- Liaising closely with the other teams across our business as well as the global Colliers network
- Education : relevant Academic degree.
- Experience and Real Estate Market Expertise: 4+ years of industry experience and a good understanding of the Belgian real estate market.
- Networking and Interpersonal Skills: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Commercial skill : tenacity and drive to seek new business.
- Negotiation Skills: able to negotiate effectively in complex deals.
- Financial Analysis: a thorough understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions, including financial analysis, investment valuation, and deal structuring.
