About ENTSO-EENTSO-E is the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity. We coordinate the cross-border system operations, system development and electricity market activities of the 40 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) which cover 36 countries. Monitor and support the daily operation of key applications, helping to resolve incidents and ensure service reliability.
Assist in maintaining and improving application stability and performance, ensure code quality, and implement changes according to the Change Management process.
Propose enhancements based on technical analysis and user feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
Help update operational documentation and processes to reflect best practices and current activities.
Collaborate with business teams and developers by supporting the analysis of functional requirements and ensuring business needs are met.
Provide services to internal and external stakeholders in line with defined SLAs, ensuring satisfaction and compliance.
Support secure software development practices and contribute to application security.
Coordinate with multiple suppliers to ensure effective service delivery and adherence to agreements.
Your profileWe are looking for someone with the following skills and abilities:
A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in application support or IT service management.
ITIL certified or equivalent experience.
SQL, XSD, XML, Web Services, Digital Signatures and encryption.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and in team setting with competing deadlines.
Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
