- Day to day management and processing of orders, this includes:
- Creating orders in the system
- Coordinating with the transport haulier
- Coordinating with the warehouse to plan the deliveries.
- Returns and disputes
- Be the key supply contact for clients, coordinating:
- Out of stocks and availabilities
- Supply challenges and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across our clients in order to maintain and improve processes to achieve the targets
- Prepare and analyse dashboards for the KPIs
- Reports weekly KPI's for Service Levels and customer indicators internally
- Analyses service drivers and lead improvement initiatives to deliver best in class service performance.
- Analyse and make action plans per KPI Scorecards
- Provide monthly analysis on different supply topics (cost-to-serve, truck optimization, dispute, service level, haulier challenges…).
- Liaises with team (internal / external) to provide customer insights and identify opportunities.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record driving operational excellence.
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work autonomously and take ownership
- Proven leadership and strong collaboration & influencing skills.
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to continuously challenge status quo.
- Proficiency in SAP or other software related to supply chain management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills / Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French/Dutch is a plus
