Our goal is to remain the No. 1 in direct expansion (DX) applications in Europe and strengthen our market leadership in all key regions, with Sky Air and VRV systems as core product segments.Your role:We are looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations officer to join our Strategic Business Unit in Daikin's European Headquarters in Brussels.
This role offers a multi-faceted, international environment where you'll work closely with affiliates across EMEA, supporting sales strategy, analysing market trends, and driving commercial growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on sales performance KPIs : hit ratio, gross margin, market share, installer and HVAC consultant development.
- Active role in budget cycles, including product mix and pricing strategy.
- Gather insights into market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with affiliates on action plans per market, customer, and product range.
- Supporting new product launches and contributing to targeted marketing campaigns.
- Preparing demand forecasts to align with global factory operations.
- Master's degree in Business/Commercial Studies with technical interest, or Engineering with a strong commercial orientation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Proactive, independent, and communicative, while thriving in team environments.
- Experience in business analysis, sales analytics, or commercial strategy is a plus. Both young graduates and experienced professionals are welcome.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally within EMEA (short-term), while being primarily based in Brussels HQ.
