- As a Corporate Controller you play an important role in the preparation of internal and external reporting (both financial and non-financial (ESG)) in compliance with the requirements of the Group and applicable regulations. As such, you coordinate the collection, validation, analysis, and communication of financial and non-financial (ESG) data for annual audits, reports or other purposes.
- You manage KPI measurement and outcome tracking, including data collection of KPI metrics and process and improvement initiatives.
- You develop reports, dashboards and tools that provide insight into key business data.
- You provide monthly analysis on the impact and drivers between actuals vs budget.
- You are the "go-to" person for all reporting and FP&A matters where you give support and training across the group.
- You support group wide finance and ESG projects and identify opportunities for standardisation, improvement, and efficiency in current processes/initiatives (e.g., internal/external requests, policy development, data collection).
- You have a master's degree in a relevant, economic or finance-based study field, combined with 3-5 years of experience as an external auditor, reporting/FP&A analyst or controller.
- You have an analytical and critical mindset that allows you to accurately manage the bigger picture as well as the details.
- You are an ambitious team player with a strong sense of ownership and a can-do mentality.
- You are stress resistant with a result-oriented attitude to perform and deliver excellent results.
- You have great communication skills that allow you to tailor your communication to your audience.
- You have an advanced knowledge of Excel, experience in SAP and BI is considered a plus. In general you consider the system technical side of working as a tool and an ally allowing you to create a more efficient organization.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and are open to travel from time to time.
