UX designer

• Optimise the digital experience starting from research, data and insights.
• Work out the best possible experience and journey for commercial campaigns.
• Conduct user research or experiments, analyze the input, translate it towards insights and connect the dots into sharp conclusions and recommendations.
• Communicate and argument the impact of your design work to stakeholders.
• Directly collaborate with UX Lead and other UX or UI designers, product owners, digital analysts, CRO and personalization experts.
