Make your mark for patientsTo strengthen our eConnectivity Team in Infrastructure & Services based in Braine-l’Alleud, in our UCB Biopharma, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Solution Delivery LeadResponsible for the management of the project portfolio for eConnectivity including for the correct delivery of all projects executed within the activities of the team, specifically with regards to delivering in scope, on budget and in time as well as day to day management of the project manager working on the various initiatives. Additionally, the role is responsible for escalating risks and reporting to higher management as well as assisting in establishing the budget.You like to work in an environment where you can:
  • Take imitative: you will run the PMO of the eConnectivity team with the opportunity to give your own flavor to the methodology, the reporting and the organization of the PMO team.
  • Work on varied and ever-changing technology challenges and projects, ranging from technology replacements, security related projects, business optimization related projects.
  • Think outside the box, solution mindedness is encouraged, and ideas are always welcome, we expect you to bring us a lot of new ones!
You will contribute by:
  • Ensuring the eConnectivity project portfolio is complete and maintained at all times, including taking necessary actions when risks arise (scope/budget/time), planning of execution (resource management, stakeholder alignments…). In short, responsible for the optimal execution of all project related activities in the team.
  • Managing the external project managers to ensure that the UCB culture and UCB priorities are understood and considered in the execution of all projects.
  • Ensure the correct governance of the projects executed including correct execution of steering committees, project artifacts, and general reporting by managing the project managers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Participating in the budgetary exercise and the road mapping of the project portfolio of the Team.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
  • Masters in ICT or similar technological field.
  • Proven experience in running projects of up to 5 M Euro projects or programs in industrial, international environments, preferably in the Connectivity/Networking space.
  • Proven experience in managing: project managers, a project portfolio and a project management office.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders from all layers, from technical resources to C-Level.
  • Prince2 or PMO Certification, AgilePM and ITIL are a must.
  • Togaf/SCRUM/Lean Six Sigma are considered a plus.
  • Dutch/French/English verbal and written proficient.
