As an IT Project Manager - Life Sciences, you will support our research teams by leading the selection and implementation of global medium/large IT application in Life Sciences' domain. More specifically, you will lead initiatives in the streamlining of clinical processes digitalization including the collection of real world evidence to support our science. You will contribute to the execution of PMI strategy and the platform roadmap by leading all phases of projects to achieve expected business outcomes and timelines, through the application of agile and other project management best practices.Your day to day:
  • You will co-author project charters and business cases
  • You will form and lead cross functional and cross geographic project teams, develop schedules, implement the execution framework, tools, methods and organization to orchestrate the delivery of the project scope.
  • You will run projects according to Project Management best practice (Scope, Time, Budget, Risk & Issues, monthly status reports, Lessons learnt)
  • You will ensure user requirements and functional specifications are documented and updated.
  • You will establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to stakeholders at different levels including direct reports to the chief medical officer.
  • You will ensure project health indicators are maintained, and lead steering committees to ensure alignment across functions as well as propose mitigation options for decision making.
  • You will verify project launch and further deployment readiness.
  • You will handle, assess, and review proposals and contracts of 3rd party vendors.
  • You will ensure optimal adoption of our digital solutions in adherence to Quality Management System, GxP regulations, IT Policy Framework, Cyber-security standards.
  • You will ensure the smooth transition of the digital solution to operation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager, in the life sciences or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in delivering project subject to validation (GxP) required
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, dynamic environment.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
