The role will focus on 3 main Divisional Initiatives: Implementation and enhancing of the Sales forecasting tool which will further support the demand planning element of Supply Chain, centralised Price Database creation and Intercompany transactions impact within the SMI (Sales, Marketing and Innovation) organisation.You will be responsible for bridging the gap between I&T, Finance and the Sales community using data analytics to assess KPIs, processes, determine and document requirements, deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.The role will engage with business owners and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value, under the supervision and guidance of the Project Lead.Your remit will include but not limited to:Analyse business operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements (As-Is and To-Be), perform gap analysis and business impact assessment at all organisational levelsIdentify and prioritise business and functional requirements within the context of the Project Phases / Sprints following the to-be processDefine business and functional test scenarios and coordinate business testingBe the to-go person for detailed explanations on the requirements, definitions, access rights and implementationConduct thorough analysis of financial data, including revenue and profitability reports, as well as other key financial metricsDesign operational and financial reports by connecting several data sources and tools, highlighting key performance indicators, variances against budget/forecast, and actionable insights.
