The role will focus on 3 main Divisional Initiatives: Implementation and enhancing of the Sales forecasting tool which will further support the demand planning element of Supply Chain, centralised Price Database creation and Intercompany transactions impact within the SMI (Sales, Marketing and Innovation) organisation.You will be responsible for bridging the gap between I&T, Finance and the Sales community using data analytics to assess KPIs, processes, determine and document requirements, deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.The role will engage with business owners and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value, under the supervision and guidance of the Project Lead.Your remit will include but not limited to:Analyse business operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements (As-Is and To-Be), perform gap analysis and business impact assessment at all organisational levelsIdentify and prioritise business and functional requirements within the context of the Project Phases / Sprints following the to-be processDefine business and functional test scenarios and coordinate business testingBe the to-go person for detailed explanations on the requirements, definitions, access rights and implementationConduct thorough analysis of financial data, including revenue and profitability reports, as well as other key financial metricsDesign operational and financial reports by connecting several data sources and tools, highlighting key performance indicators, variances against budget/forecast, and actionable insights. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and tailored to the needs of stakeholders.About youBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree path (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA etc.) preferred but not requiredExperience in financial analysis, business analysis, planning, or related rolesExperience in business process designs / re-design projects – demonstrated results from independently driving and implementing processes; creating business requirements documentation, process mapping and KPIs analysis is essentialProficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, planning tool, and BI reportingExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial and business information to non-financial stakeholdersDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlinesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.BenefitsCompetitive salaryDiscretionary bonusAnnual entitlement to eco vouchersMeal vouchersEntitlement to enrolment in the standard company hospitalisation schemeLocation: Brussels/London – hybrid
