A "Home" for our employees, customers and suppliers, where we consider everyone.As internal sales assistant, you will provide good administrative support to the sales team.Below is a summary of your duties:You can quickly answer the questions of both account managers and customers directlyYou are responsible for order follow-up and follow up orders and deliveries for new shops, new insertions, etc.You manage price lists and special promotionsHandling complaintsYou draw up the sales figures and communicate them to the customer and (Key) Account ManagerManaging customer contractsWhat will be expected from you?The enthusiasm is bursting forth! You are a real teamworker , willing to jump in for colleagues when needed.We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills in German, French and English.
