Compliance Monitoring Agent

• Develop and execute the Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory standards.
• Conduct independent reviews to assess compliance with rules, policies, and regulations, with a focus on identifying areas of improvement.
• Present findings to senior management and oversight committees.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including GMs and Directors, to facilitate effective communication and challenge when necessary.
• Follow up on remediation actions in a timely manner to ensure resolution of identified issues.
• Plan and execute assigned reviews in accordance with agreed scopes and methodologies.
• Analyze processes and controls using sound judgment and analytical skills.
• Negotiate and agree on appropriate remedial actions for identified findings.
• Ensure proactive and accurate delivery of review outcomes.
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements relevant to assigned reviews.

• Possesses strong analytical skills and sound judgment.
• Demonstrates confidence and competence in conducting independent reviews (prior experience required)
• Exhibits effective communication skills, particularly in presenting findings to senior stakeholders and delivering challenging messages when necessary.
• Has the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
• Is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
