TO DOAs Safety (60%) and Facility Specialist (40%), you will play a key role within our organization, focusing on ensuring a safe and healthy work environment and efficiently managing facility aspects. As Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for our production site in Vlezenbeek, as well as taking on a supervisory role for our boutiques in Belgium. You will play a central role during the implementation of our ambitious investment program. As Facility Specialist, you will be responsible for the production site in Vlezenbeek. In this role, you will report to the Operations Director.Safety:Developing, implementing, and maintaining the prevention policy within the organization, including risk assessments.Organizing safety training and workshops for employees and drafting emergency plans and safety instructions.Conducting inspections, audits, and investigations into incidents to monitor and improve compliance with safety regulations.Collaborating with external agencies such as labor inspection and insurance companies and staying informed about relevant laws and regulations.Advising and assisting in the acquisition of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety gear.Closely monitoring the industrial investment plan.Facility:You are responsible for managing facility services such as building maintenance, waste management, cleaning, company clothing, etc. Additionally, your main tasks also include budget management, negotiations with suppliers, and providing reports.You excel in planning and coordinating office layouts, relocations, and facility projects such as renovations, the implementation of electric charging stations, and the rollout of innovative company clothing policies and systems.You act as a key figure and work closely with other departments such as IT and Maintenance to maintain and improve facilities at the highest level.You create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, including managing fire safety, first aid facilities, and overseeing maintenance.You are the first point of contact for employees, efficiently addressing issues or questions related to facility matters.TO BEYou hold a level 2 prevention advisor certificate or have strong technical and operational experience (minimum 8 years) with a thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
