- Qualify leads from various sources—marketing campaigns, events, outbound outreach, and strategic partners—into high-potential sales opportunities.
- You will drive personalised, account-based marketing campaigns to engage and convert high-value target accounts.
- Engage prospects through outbound channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) and spark interest in C4T’s solutions.
- Build strong relationships from the first touchpoint, guiding prospects until they’re ready for the next step with our Sales team.
- Be the face of C4T—confidently present our company and product to potential clients, including large multinational organizations.
- Drive new business by proactively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in the market.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to grow the pipeline and align strategies.
- Report regularly on performance, wins, and insights to your line manager.
- Stay ahead of the curve with our latest products, services, and pricing models.
- Navigate objections with confidence and clarity.
- Feed real customer insights back to our internal teams to help refine our offering.
- Represent C4T at industry events and conferences in Belgium and beyond.
- You have proven experience as an SDR or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
- You are truly passionate about sales, eager to grow and develop into an Account Executive role.
- You’re fluent in English (spoken and written), with additional proficiency in Dutch or French—a strong advantage.
- You’re confident with cold outreach and skilled in multiple sales techniques.
- You understand sales performance metrics and how to use them to improve.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and know how to run engaging intro demos.
- You’re comfortable using structured reporting tools to track and share results.
- You’re eager to grow—yourself, your team, and the company—and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring strong people and collaboration skills, and work well across teams and departments.
