:PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a Quality Manager to manage quality assurance and control functions for on a major hyperscale data center facility, ensuring all construction meets stringent industry standards and client specifications.:
Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC management systems
Oversee quality control across all construction phases and trades
Manage inspection and testing protocols for MEP systems
Ensure compliance with Uptime Institute/ASHRAE/ISO standards
Lead quality audits and non-conformance management processes
Coordinate factory / site acceptance testing
Manage quality documentation, ITP development, and record keeping
Oversee material inspection, certification, and traceability
Lead quality meetings and interface with client quality representatives
Manage QA/QC team and coordinate with third-party inspectors
Ensure adherence to data center cleanliness and contamination control
Support commissioning activities and witness testing protocols

8+ years quality management in major construction/infrastructure
Extensive knowledge of construction quality standards and codes
Experience with data center or mission-critical facility projects
Strong understanding of MEP systems quality requirements
Knowledge of testing protocols for critical power and cooling systems
Data center industry standards and contamination control knowledge
Advanced quality management systems and audit capabilities
Testing and inspection coordination experience
Fluent English; local language skills advantageous
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
