The People Operations and Insights team is looking for an Associate Analyst, Benefits Delivery to support or European Fleet Program. The ideal candidate is passionate about the operations, highly motivated, analytical, and intellectually curious.
Role
- Checking if our fleet administrator has approved an invoice in their system and receipting (approving) the same fleet invoices for payment in Mastercard’s system
- Identifying nonpaid invoices and work on submitting tickets to get them paid
- Reviewing and approving car orders
- Handling fleet fines and denunciating drivers
- Open to assisting with other fleet responsibilities as needed (queries, escalations, audits, etc.)
- Ensures own work is peer reviewed by colleagues
- Eligible for a Rosetta contract (must be maximum 24 years old)
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other relevant area
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills
- Experience delivering accurate work in a timely manner
- Proficient in English, any other languages (particularly French or Dutch) are an asset
- Good command of Office and Excel in particular
- Prior professional experience (i.e. as student worker)
- Ability to work flexibly in a very dynamic and demanding environment
- Ability to cope with evolving standards and procedures and suggest process improvements
- Eager to learn and fast learner
