We currently have a vacancy for a Service Quality Engineer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks
  • Develop clear and measurable service quality standards based on recognized Service Quality Framework tailored to Organization’s needs;
  • Develop a robust automated reporting system to regularly monitor and communicate service quality metrics and improvements to different levels of management;
  • Perform a comprehensive gap analysis to identify current service quality strengths and areas for improvement;
  • Execute the identified strategies, incorporating feedback from stakeholders throughout the process;
  • Provide necessary training to staff and communicate changes in service quality standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 5 years;
  • Proficiency in crafting Service Quality Models aligned with Industry Standards and tailored on Organizational needs;
  • In -depth knowledge of of quality benchmarks like SERVQUAL, ISO 9000, TQM, with a specific emphasis on IT services;
  • Expertise in partnering with Technical Experts to formulate metrics and Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) for NDWC services;
  • Proven experience in presenting reports and delivering presentations to various management levels;
  • Certifications in widely recognized Service Quality Standards and/or Frameworks is consider advantageous;
  • NATO Security Clearance is required;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
