We are seeking a talented Business Process Engineer to drive our digital journey forward by continuing the roll-out and implementation of our digitalization roadmap. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders within the sourcing department and across divisions.Product Company Responsibilities:As a key member of the sourcing department, you will serve as the vital link between digitalization initiatives and the operational aspects of the business. Your responsibilities include ensuring alignment of all actions and initiatives with the sourcing department's digitalization roadmap. You will gather and analyze user needs, translating them into system and application specifications to inform decision-making. Identifying opportunities for automation within manual operations, implementing digitalization initiatives to support colleagues, and continuously improving tools and processes within the sourcing department are also crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of new systems, tools, and procedures, coordinate internal training, and navigate diverse requirements across departments. Staying abreast of the latest trends in digitalization and data and evaluating their potential to enhance sourcing department activities are essential components of your role.Divisional and Interdivisional Responsibilities:In addition to your responsibilities within the sourcing department, you will also serve as the purchase representative, coordinating and aligning with other divisions within Atlas Copco on new digital tools, processes, and procedures. You will collaborate closely with divisional data analysts to develop standardized reports using data representation tools, ensuring consistency across the company and divisions. Furthermore, you will actively support the roll-out of best practices in sourcing departments across different product companies within Atlas Copco Oil-Free Air.To succeed, you will needAt Atlas Copco, our slogan for various positions is "hire for attitude & train for skill".   • Master in business, engineering, manufacturing, informatics or equal by experience
  • You have practical hands-on experience in data governance and/or support
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You are a teamplayer with good negotiation skill and are able to cooperate with different levels in the organization, with different people and cultures
  • Good in project management and interested in change management
  • Technical skills: SQL, PowerBI, Microsoft software tools, knowledge of ERP systems
  • Math skills and tools: Python, Matlab
