  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een chemische of kunststoffenrichting, met ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een kwaliteitsafdeling in een productieomgeving
  • Je bent de Nederlandse taal machtig en beschikt over professionele kennis van het Engels
  • Je bent vlot met de gangbare Office-programma’s; ervaring met Navision is een plus
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van labotoestellen, werkinstructies, kwaliteitseisen en ISO-normen
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, mensgericht en kan assertief optreden waar nodig
  • Je gaat vertrouwelijk om met bedrijfsinformatie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
Verantwoordelijkheden:Als Quality Control & Assurance Engineer ben je enerzijds actief op vlak van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid, anderzijds ondersteun je de Quality & Safety Manager – aan wie je rapporteert. Inzake kwaliteit speel je samen met je collega’s een kritische rol in het mee uitwerken en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsbeleid en alle aspecten van kwaliteitsmanagement.Jouw taken
  • Je staat in voor specificatiebeheer: verpakking, grondstofsamenstelling (PE), vastleggen van toleranties, …
  • Quality control (QC) & quality assurance (CS): je bent verantwoordelijk voor onafhankelijke kwaliteitscontroles in de productie
  • Het opvolgen en beheren van interne niet-conformiteit
  • Behandeling en opvolging van klachten van externe klanten en leveranciers
  • Je bespreekt kwaliteitsproblemen en legt verbetervoorstellen voor
  • Het opvolgen van productieproeven en de daaraan gekoppelde uitgevoerde labo-analyses en het communiceren van de resultaten aan de Quality manager
  • Rapportering op vlak van kwaliteit en interne communicatie
  • Ondersteuning bieden in het behalen van de ISO certificaten (food safety & kwaliteit)
  • Het geven van opleidingen aan onze operatoren (kwaliteit)
